Getting started
How does Tuxy work?
You choose your garments, see the full price and check your apartment or area. We collect your clothes from your door, iron and fold them at our centre and bring them back within 90 minutes of pickup, in supported areas. Build your basket to see what your order costs.
How do I check my area?
Enter your apartment or area in the area check. It tells you whether pickups are available at your address. If they aren’t yet, you can join the waitlist for your address.
How do I know whether my booking is confirmed?
A booking is confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation from Tuxy. Joining the waitlist is not a booking: it only asks us to tell you when pickups reach your address.
How do I contact Tuxy?

Garment care
What garments can I send?
- Everyday ironing: Shirt, T-shirt, Trousers or jeans, Kurta or kurti, Leggings, Kids' clothes.
- Saree ironing: Saree, Blouse, Dupatta.
We don’t take these at the moment: silk or heavy-work sarees; blazers and coats; bedsheets and other heavy items.
Every price is on the rate card.
Do you wash clothes too?
No. Tuxy is an ironing service: we press clothes, we don’t wash them. Please send clothes that are already washed and dry.
Do you take special fabrics or heavy embroidery?
Not at the moment. We don’t take silk or heavy-work sarees; blazers and coats; bedsheets and other heavy items. Everything we iron is on the rate card.
Pricing
How are prices and fees calculated?
Each garment has one price per piece, from ₹15 to ₹120; added up, they make your garment subtotal. One ₹29 pickup-and-return fee is then added per order, however many pieces it has. All prices include GST. Nothing is added on top. Every price is on the rate card.
How is saree ironing priced?
Per piece, like everything else: saree ₹120, blouse ₹20 and dupatta ₹20. The saree price is for cotton or plain sarees. We don’t take silk or heavy-work sarees at the moment. See the saree rates.
When will I see my total?
As soon as you add garments. The booking flow adds up your garments and the ₹29 pickup-and-return fee and shows the total before it asks for any contact details. All prices include GST. Nothing is added on top.
Delivery
When does the 90-minute window start?
From pickup, not from when you book. In supported areas, your clothes are back within 90 minutes of being collected from your door.
Which areas does Tuxy cover?
We pick up from homes across Bengaluru. Enter your apartment or area to check whether we can collect from your address.
What are your hours?
Every day, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The last order is at 3:30 PM, so it is back within 90 minutes before closing.
